​Our trainings are for anyone wanting to truly learn and embody the art of Reflexology. This is not a two day, learn the basics and then off you go. We believe bodywork in all forms is an incredible and powerful gift that can positively impact peoples lives and healing journey's.
Our syllabus and methodology is in depth, detailed and will leave you feeling confident to step into a career as a skilled therapist.
We have students join us from across the UK and Europe! Your Diploma is internationally recognised, fully insurable and will allow you to go on to do any further training and CPD of your choice.

Course Structure
The Next Wave Massage Reflexology syllabus has been constructed in a way to give you the the perfect amount of everything you need to become a confident therapist while also running accordance with the highest accreditation standards from International body, ThinkTree. Plus, we have gone another step further and made sure that your learning experience is FUN! Yes! Our training is designed to be accessible to a complete beginner. All we ask is that you have a passion to learn.

Of course! If you want to come and have an amazing time learning a new life skill then you are very welcome. You will not have to do the external modules however we recommend that you do still do the assessment, that way if you want to change your mind and upgrade to being fully accredited, you can! Until then, your certificate will clearly say that you are not liable for insurance or employment as a qualified massage therapist.

Ideally, you will have completed the three online training modules in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology, Health & Hygiene and Business, that we arrange for you, before you join your training retreat. However, this is not compulsory and your are able to complete these modules after the training retreat has ended. Please be aware, until these are completed you will not be able to seek insurance or employment as a fully qualified massage therapist so, the sooner the better! That means, if you are not joining us for qualification and just to learn a wonderful life skill, this is not compulsory.

-Your Anatomy and Physiology course is paid for independently, by you. Why? We used to include it, but that meant students had to pay their first instalment before getting access. Now, you can start whenever you wish.

Yes! We make sure that there are private rooms available on our trainings for anyone that knows they need their own space for a perfect nights sleep. However, these are often the first rooms to sell out so grab them fast!
Venue & Location
We will be based in beautiful Cornwall at a stunning property only a 10 minute walk away from Watergate Bay.
​Each of the bedrooms boast en-suites or private bathrooms, super comfy beds and crisp, coastal style interiors. The two master bedrooms open out onto the top floor balcony and enjoy views out to sea. With a sitting room, separate snug and, a dining space that looks out over the gardens towards the beach. When you are not learning and mastering your new skills, there is an 8 person Hydro Pool hot tub in a sheltered corner of the garden waiting for you to relax and hang out with a cup of tea. Our training space is a light filled studio with uninterrupted views out across the garden. All equipment including massage couch, oils and linen are included for you.
Food - Amazing food is a huge part of any training. We will keep you well fed with delicious food from a professional retreat chef. As a rule, our meals are plant based and naturally gluten free, however all dietary requirements will be catered for. Please be aware our trainings are alcohol free.
Parking and Travel - There is parking on site and available however it is limited. Luckily, Newquay airport is only 5 minutes drive away with multiple daily flights from London and across the UK. Newquay train station is 15 minutes away and taxis are readily available. We will set up a WhatsApp group to link trainees together to be able to taxi share.
A Typical Day
A feel for the flow
​07:00 - Morning yoga. Turn up in your pyjamas if you wish, we will be flowing slowly and mindfully, getting our bodies ready for the day ahead. Of course, you may wish to go for a walk on the beach or lounge with your morning coffee instead!
08:00 - Breakfast time. Let's fuel up.
09:00 - Meet on the sofas for morning theory and anatomy sessions.
10:15 - Time to get hands on - Introduction to Reflexology for the spine and central nervous system.
13:30 - Time for a light lunch.
14:15 - Working with the solar plexus and diaphragm.
15:00: Finding Flow - Bringing it all together with other learnt skills.
17:00: Aftercare. How we end a treatment and the importance of records.
18:00: Relax! Jump in the hot tub or head down to the beach.
19:00: Dinner time and then relax and unwind!
